SHIPPING
Our products are ready to ship in 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. We ship USPS first class mail. You can expect your merchandise 2-5 days after it is shipped. Upgraded shipping is available for an additional fee. Just let us know prior to your purchase.
REFUND POLICY
All unworn items can be returned for any reason within 10 days of purchasing. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Custom orders are non-refundable. Sale and discounted items are final sale.
CUSTOM POLICIES
Please allow 4 weeks for custom/bulk orders. When having custom fabric designed please allow 5 weeks so we can be sure and design exactly what you are looking for. For custom/bulk orders we require a 50% non-refundable down payment to get your order started. There will be a 15% fee on all rush orders plus any additional rush shipping (ordering fabric and sending to the customer) will be paid by the customer. Rush orders are any order needed in 14 days and less.
